• Simon: Iterating on the gap analysis between the optimal, answer-key, and blind backtests. Tightening the strategy layer.
• Writing: All three launch essays are up: On Staying Honest About AI, Two Sides of the Same Damaged Coin, and Where Do Junior Lawyers Come From Now?. Next up: a deeper write-up of Simon's architecture, then a return to monthly cadence.
